All of my ceremonies comply with the Australian legal standards referred to in the article on invalid vows published in The Age newspaper on 21st August 2010. Read "Invalid vows put weddings in doubt".

Wedding Ceremonies

Please see below a comprehensive explanation of what my fee covers for weddings.

• At our initial meeting I provide you with an information folder containing sample ceremonies and readings suitable for weddings, as well as other information and ideas you will find valuable to start work on your ceremony.
• All of our meetings (usually 3) before your wedding day.
• All forms of communication through the process e.g. emails, phone calls etc.
• Working with you to ascertain your needs and requirements, then the designing and writing of your ceremony.  
• A rehearsal one week prior to your ceremony.
• Presentation of your wedding ceremony at your chosen venue or location on your wedding day.  
• The supply of a table and chairs at your wedding for signing of the register.
• I supply my own PA system if that is required on the day. This can be used to play music through for your ceremony, as well as running microphones for readings etc.
• Supply of your keepsake ceremonial marriage certificate on your wedding day.
• The supply of and lodging of all your documents with Births, Deaths and Marriages to ensure your marriage is legal.
• Providing of Application for Marriage Certificate to enable you to order a registered copy of your marriage certificate which you will require to change your name.
• I provide you with a presentation folder after your wedding with your ceremony printed on beautiful paper as a keepsake, or addition to your wedding album.
• All travel expenses within a 50klm radius of my home base.
• Any further travel costs (if required) will be disclosed to you at our first meeting, so it is all transparent and up front.

Name Giving Ceremonies

Please see below a comprehensive explanation of what my fee covers for Naming Ceremonies.

• Following our initial meeting I will provide you with a folder containing sample ceremonies and readings suitable for naming as well as suggestions on how to put the day together.
• All of our meetings and all communication before the day e.g. emails, phone calls etc.
• Working with you to ascertain your needs and requirements, then the designing and writing of your ceremony.  
• Delivery of your naming ceremony at your chosen venue or location on the day.
• The supply of a keepsake ceremonial Naming Certificate for the child filled out with the full name and details of the child, plus the parents’ names and god parent’s names.
• The supply of ceremonial keepsake certificates for the god parents.
• The supply of a presentation folder with a copy of your naming ceremony printed on beautiful paper as a keepsake, to add to your photos of the day.
